The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even allowed us to check in early. the location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located in the heart of all the action. We were able to walk to all the nearby attractions and it made exploring the area so much easier. the rooftop and garden areas were really nice and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

We spent a lovely time at a hotel located in the heart of the city center, close to all the main attractions. It was very convenient to be located between all of our planned activities and close to the port. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at Isla Caracol for 5 nights. The room on the 2nd floor gave us a tree house-like feeling with its ample windows and view of the pool. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the ferry terminal and Hidalgo for restaurants and shopping. There was a great breakfast place on the corner and a mini mart nearby. The courtyard was beautifully done with a large pool, hammocks, and chairs to relax by. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean with hot water and good wifi.

The best aspects of my recent Easter stay were the convenient location and the friendly staff. the hotel was right in the center, just a short walk from the port, beaches, and restaurants.
